I don't think so. Israel is doing them a huge favor. And so is the US. There's no way Iran can keep this up, especially if Turkey doesn't get involved. Afghanistan is pinned down by Pakistan, which has a defense agreement with Saudi Arabia in exchange for massive loans. The only other help Iran will get is from China, which will get its oil one way or another. This is a no-win situation for Iran.
