ProCap Financial Increases Bitcoin Holdings to 5,457 BTC, Accelerates Share Buybacks to Narrow NAV Discount

ProCap Financial (NASDAQ: BRR) has announced a significant expansion of its Bitcoin reserves, acquiring an additional 450 BTC. This latest purchase brings the company's total holdings to 5,457 BTC, further lowering its average cost per Bitcoin.

In parallel, ProCap Financial has been actively repurchasing its shares at a notable discount to Net Asset Value (NAV). Over the past ten days, the company has bought back 782,408 common shares. This aggressive buyback strategy has contributed to a narrowing of the discount between BRR's stock price and its NAV.

The company has stated its intention to continue its active share repurchase program as long as its stock price remains substantially below its NAV. ProCap Financial currently has 82,640,367 ordinary shares outstanding.
