The governnent still allows you to say what you want.  In America the governnent doesn't put you in jaiil for speaking freely. The governnent doesn't shut down websites and platforms like Gab Social, whereas Eastern countries like China do jail for wrong speak.

The other stuff is nothing more then cartel-like behavior from companies and institutions.
