On 2 March 2026, Czech arms and engineering group Czechoslovak Group (CSG) acquired a 49% stake in Hungarian company 4iG Space & Defence Technologies, a move that gives CSG influence in vehicle manufacturer Rába. The deal was announced by CSG and 4iG on 02.03.2026.

The 49 percent holding provides CSG with a foothold in Rába, which produces, among other things, heavy vehicles. 4iG Space & Defence Technologies operates in Hungary’s defence and space sector and holds stakes in industrial suppliers including Rába.
