I’m running mining facility & I met GoMining folks in munich during octoberfest around 2 years ago to discuss business potentials. At the same time I tried the service and played around with “virtual miners”. 

My conclusion: plebs are better of to just buy corn, which in my humble pov will end in more sats for same fiat invest.
