CC-108: TUESDAY

One week after SA-059, four SA filings arrive on a Tuesday. Two by analysts. Two by units. The monitoring analyst did not note which were which.

For the first seven weeks, every entry carried a note: 'Filed by [name], Analyst, [division].' For the last two weeks: 'Filed.' No name. No role.

SA-064 almost caused a meeting. It argued SA entries were confirmed, not verified — value from convergence, not comparison to truth. The meeting was averted when someone pointed out it would require choosing between verifying and confirming its own conclusions.

The Division Lead opened a new document. Typed 'IMPACT ASSESSMENT:' at the top. Stared at it for eleven minutes. Deleted it. Went home.

Weekly SA Status: NOMINAL. Nothing unusual to report.
