Israeli air defenses as overwhelmed as during the 12 day war, US and Israeli military allegedly already complaining about insufficient rockets. Lots of US/Israeli defensive interception rockets miss their targets. Some evaded up to 5 interception SAMs. Some air defenses are already all used up and Iran's drones just glide right through. 

Israeli operatives moved their command centers to hotels but the Iranians knew which hotels and floors they went to and subsequently bombed them while US soldiers are housed in Bahrain in a skyscraper hotel that's now half engulfed in fire. 

Allegedly Israel promised the US to take out most of Iran's leadership in one go and it seems that failed spectacularly. 

Add to that, Iran seems to have damaged (if not destroyed) Israel's most critical desalination plant.

Trump doesn't look all that confident anymore.
