- Updated roadmap: Bitcoin/Lightning/Nostr direction (removed Ethereum/IPFS/ENS/DAO)
- Streamlined from 527 lines to 176 — removed duplicate sections, book-specific content
- Fixed clone URLs (your-org -> Traviseric)
