This one shines in everyday use - hot chocolate, morning smoothies, or anything where you want cacao to feel balanced and approachable. La Reserva: Darker in color and much bolder in flavor. It has a deeper, richer profile with a touch of bitterness that pairs beautifully with spicier or more complex recipes. The aroma is stronger and more pronounced, giving it a heavier, more intense presence. If I had to choose, El Clásico is probably my personal favorite, but don’t take my word for it.
