Trump Threatens Iranian Government Takeover Amid Military Action

President Donald Trump announced that the United States has launched "major military operations" against Iran. In a video posted on his Truth Social platform, Trump directly addressed Iran, stating, "When the operation is over, we will take over your government."

Trump cited Iran's "threatening actions" as a direct threat to the U.S., its military personnel, overseas bases, and global allies. He accused Tehran of attempting to "rebuild its nuclear program and develop long-range missiles."

"We will destroy their missiles and obliterate their navy," Trump declared, adding a demand for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to "lay down their arms" or face "certain death." He reiterated his intention to take over the Iranian government once the operations conclude.
