Remember they are advocating for building their AI data center on federal or BLM land. But then still want to dictate how their models are used.

They don’t want the department of war to use their AI for non-domestic surveillance of foreigners. So it has nothing to do with protecting Americans, but foreigner adversaries.

Why would I want the progressive AI techies in charge of foreign policy or give them a red button to kill their models?
