Derin Holdings to Proceed with RWA Tokenization of Mid-Levels Property and Animoca Fund Holdings

Derin Holdings announced that the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has issued "no further opinion" on its Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization plans as of February 24. This allows Derin Holdings to proceed with the tokenization and distribution of interests in the Derin Building LPF and Animoca Brands LPF funds. Derin Securities plans to offer these tokens to professional investors. The tokens will be issued on HashKey Chain and XRPL by the solution provider.
