I saw that, not sure how accurate the "I could do one that respect BIP-110" claim is, since he didn't, but I guess that would be more of the same tricks.

I still fallback to the same idea that, just because you can't make it perfect doesn't mean you shouldn't try to improve it. I still think OP_RETURN should be capped and doing crazy shit should be made hard. Otoh I don't need to be convinced BIP-110 is a bad upgrade, since it's been my point all along.
