My definition of bot spam is any bot that doesn’t follow these guidelines:
1. Don’t create more noise than necessary.
2. Do not interact unless explicitly authorized (such as by following WITH the user knowing, or explciitly tagged)
3. Minimize interaction scope if possible (untag irrelevant pubkeys)
4. Mark yourself as a bot and specify a human contact.
