HOLY SHIT! Just had a long chat with Claud. My business is almost 100% computer and phone based. I am a solo operator running a physical distribution business using 3rd party warehouses and trucks, etc. 90%+ of my admin work is repetitive. Book a truck, track a truck, invoice product, adjust inventory, reorder inventory etc. I know I could automate a lot of that now with ClawBot, etc, but I don’t trust it or myself to set that up right in a privacy preserving way. 

I asked Claud if there is a “watcher” AI that could live on my laptop and my phone and watch what I do for 3 months and then identify patterns and suggest/train agents to do those things after I approve them. Short answer: no, not today. All the pieces exist but aren’t pulled together yet. All the watcher companies have been bought by Meta, Amazon etc. 

First person to put this together in a privacy preserving way gets my business. If I deploy that before the big national distribution companies do, I will eat their lunch. Pair that with AI sales prospecting and the fact that most customers will likely move to an open bid model for purchasing as AI disintermediation takes hold and with a big enough line of credit there’s no limit to what my company can do. Someone will out compete me in that space but I may be able to get a jump on them If I move fast enough.
