Yeah there are several layers here. One is the idea of owning our likeness. I'm not sure I really own my voice or imagines that look like me. For example, South Park frequently makes caricatures of people that clearly represent them visually and vocally. I have no issue with that. The caricatures are far from convincing of the real thing, but I don't know if that can be enforced. Of course I would defend children from exploitation. Either in the sense of their physically experience or in terms of images they are shown. The solution I have come up with for the physical part is remaining vigilant and armed. The second part could be solved with a router native AI agent that scans files for malicious content (based on my personal definition) entering the home, or on a larger scale for an entire community.
