We used to say build your skills, be the best in your field, get good grades in school, write a good application, be calculable, be hard working, look dedicated.

All to be a product on the labor market, to be the bot chosen before other bots. Game over, these skills are obsolete, you may not like it. You may have spend a whole life becoming a living encyclopedia, it has no real value anymore.

In the future you can become a good trustworthy business partner. A strategic, creative thinker who knows what he wants (and why) and can prompt his way. You can be good company, you can become a real human (not a programmed NPC) dissecting storytelling from real truth, because you are curious, independent and critical thinking, you can become you best self and stop acting.

The time where you should just be the best product on the shelves is over. You have to become whole and conscious now.
