I had the illusion that Nostr were a smart and hacky place.

Not reserved to smart people and hackers, of course, not reserved. But a place of people with overall good technical abilities, in general, and sharp, in general.

Needless to say, I was wrong.
This is the place of hype, of noise, of being retarded about everything, including technical concepts.

The value given to computational freedom is close to zero, just like that given to knowledge and understanding. Nostr attracts the kind of people who are easily persuaded they are on to something grand, a feeling that feeds of how many buzzwords they read.

The next new things is idiots thinking "AI"-based "vIbE cOdInG" is a substitute to technical knowledge, including how the fuck to code. It doesn't matter how clearly stupid it is, no form of evidence matters: they wouldn't understand it and they wouldn't care if they did. They are on the intellectual level of flat earthers.

I wish to attract people, to Nostr, that make me feel like an idiot, not like I'm surrounded by idiots.
