[ dwebxr/aegis ] fix: production hardening — LARP fixes, code cleanup, security & test improvements

- Scoring cache: add isValidEntry() corruption recovery, entry-level
  validation on cold load from localStorage, warn on dropped entries
- Preference storage: add diagnostic logging on loadProfile() parse
- BriefingProvider: simplify validation with optional chaining
- Remove ~150 lines of AI-generated bloat: redundant comments, tautological
  tests, decorative section headers, overly verbose JSDoc
- Fix rollup HIGH CVE (Arbitrary File Write via Path Traversal)
- Fix Jest TCPWRAP handle leak in publish-edge tests (mock SimplePool)
