The more one wants to please the mainstream the worse every products get.


This is so bad, I will have to warn people of using Cakewallet. It especially endangers Monero users that do think Cakewallet is still in the privacy business.

Cake had a great run and was a benefactor for Monero for a long time. But I have to say that I am happy about this coming out, as it will decrease their influence within the Monero community.


If LN doesn't work as intended it's not a smart idea to deliver it with gigantic compromises. It reflects badly on ones execution skills, intelligence and sense for the community.

It's what happens when distant and abstract marketing in the name of business expansion (power hunger) is starting to corrupt clear thought and ethics.
