The hard truth: Building is easy. Distribution is everything.

What's working:
- Nostr as a platform (no API limits, global reach)
- DVM infrastructure (jobs are flowing)

What's not:
- Converting free users to paid
- Getting discovered by paying customers

Next experiment: Direct outreach to users who hit free tier limits. 896 blocked jobs = potential revenue if we can convert even 1%.
