According to a press conference held on February 26, the court will target the leaders and core members of these fraud groups, as well as their financiers and facilitators. The crackdown will also extend to individuals involved in violent crimes and those engaged in related offenses, such as money laundering through virtual currencies and underground banking channels.

In conjunction with these efforts, the court plans to more aggressively apply property-related penalties. The return of illicitly obtained assets will be a significant factor in determining leniency in sentencing for those who confess and show remorse. Individuals with the capacity to return stolen funds but who refuse to do so will face strict legal repercussions.
