The company attributes this significant decline to an alleged "secret side agreement" between YZi Labs, the family office of Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ), and 10X Capital Asset Management.

CEA Industries is reportedly demanding that YZi Labs disclose the confidential terms of this agreement, which is linked to a PIPE transaction executed in July 2025. At its height, the company's stock reached $82.88, a stark contrast to its current trading price of $3.88.
