As a general rule, I don't think we need to go to war with other nations and act as the world's policemen, but I do feel that after Trump said for the people to revolt and that America has their back, it is horrible to go back on his word. Tens of thousands died because they trusted that he had their back.

I've also heard a stat that >60% of Iranians want to be invaded by the US or Israel because they hate their Islamic rulers.  Although the Iranian leaders claim 98% of the nation is muslim, less than a third even attend the mosques.  The nation isn't as muslim as most people think.

I would've preferred the US stay out of it, but allow Israel to attack if they wished, but since Trump promised to support them, I lean towards rescuing the Iranian people from the tyrannical leaders.  I do however wish Trump had not made a promise.
