Italian defence group Leonardo said last year it raised operating profit by 18% to €1.75 billion (CZK 42.4 billion), while revenues grew 11% to €19.5 billion. The company reported the results on 25 February 2026 and highlighted improved underlying performance across its businesses. 

In its statement Leonardo also urged greater cooperation among European countries in the defence sector, calling for closer collaboration on procurement and industrial policy to strengthen the region’s capabilities.
