Nazi ideas born in UK and USA, grown in Germany. They wasn't enemies, the reich was a social experiment like Soviet Union, with a simple purpose: steal resources from continental western Europe, the richest place on Earth back them.

The plan was and still is always the same:

 - use corruption to establish a dictatorship in the target country

 - profit from the rising dictatorship so much that you help it achieve greatness

 - when it tries to get rid of its kingmaker, use that same corruption and the economy to lay the groundwork for its ruin

 - step in as liberators and start the game all over again.

What happen in the contemporary Ukraine, Iran, in Afganistan back then, in Cile, ... is the very same plot repeated.
