Yeah Saudi Arabia is the main supplier now for India, yet Russia is second and close until now. Not much has changed, it just ismore complicated.
They have insurance, just not based on London and the west says if it is not our insurance, then there is no insurance. I remind that for a time, ship insurance based on London was a monopoly. The west lost that too thankfully. 
As for the leaks, that happens all the time unfortunately and these constant small leaks are the main problem. Far worse than big leaks that are rare.
