Bitwise Asset Management Acquires Chorus One to Bolster Institutional Staking Services

Bitwise Asset Management has announced the acquisition of Chorus One, a prominent institutional-grade staking service provider managing approximately $2.2 billion in staked assets. The move signals Bitwise's strategic expansion of its multi-chain staking and on-chain infrastructure capabilities.

Chorus One will be integrated into Bitwise Onchain Solutions (BOS), enhancing BOS's support for over 30 Proof-of-Stake (PoS) networks. The acquisition also brings approximately 50 technical experts and protocol governance researchers to Bitwise.

According to Bitwise, this strategic acquisition is designed to accelerate the company's deployment of on-chain services tailored for institutional clients.
