The UK is a failed State. 

The purpose of the State is to enforce the Law. The purpose of the Law is to organize for the collective defense of private property. The *only* purpose of the State is to defend citizens against rape and plunder. That’s why you pay taxes. The idea being that we are stronger if we do this collectively, and that way you don’t have to personally beat your neighbor to death if he tries to, for example, kidnap your child. 

Citizens give the State the power to use violence on our behalf, based on the Law, in order to keep our bodies and our property safe from violation by would-be plunderers and rapists. 

When the State fails to enforce the Law, fails to protect its citizens, and refuses to use violence against rapists and plunders, then it is a failed State. A failed State should be dissolved.

When the State *itself* becomes the rapist and plunderer, perverting the Law to violate its citizens, it is beyond a failed State. A failed State that is so deeply perverted it cannot simply be dissolved. You cannot vote your way out of this because the entire State apparatus is perverted and used to violate the rights of the citizens 

No, voting will not save you. In this case, you must overthrow your failed State.
