Yeah, the base price of oil is rock-bottom. Oil has never been cheaper or more plentiful. It's even being sold below cost, in some markets.

Hungary and Slovakia only have problems because they *purposefully* limited their oil supplies to a Russian oil pipeline running through Ukraine. Which is a war zone that Russia blankets with bombs all day, every day.
