Chinese Businessman Kidnapped and Murdered in Turkey; 10 Suspects Detained

A 38-year-old Chinese businessman, identified as Wang, was kidnapped and subsequently murdered in Turkey, with his body discovered abandoned. Turkish police have apprehended 10 suspects, including a woman, in connection with the crime.

According to reports, the suspects allegedly followed Wang from Istanbul Airport. They reportedly lured him using a female accomplice. As Wang was preparing to leave after a meal, he was forcibly placed into another vehicle, while the accomplice feigned ignorance. Wang's body was found days later in a field, bound with tape and bearing severe head trauma.

Authorities stated that the motive behind the crime was a debt dispute. The suspects are also accused of withdrawing a substantial sum of money from Wang's cryptocurrency accounts. The female suspect reportedly fled the country on the day of the incident but was later apprehended along with the other nine individuals following an Interpol notice.
