China has unveiled a new maglev train capable of reaching speeds of 600 km/h (373 mph), making it the fastest train in the world.

The system could cut travel time between Beijing and Shanghai to around 2.5 hours. Using magnetic levitation technology, the train is designed to be ultra-quiet, highly efficient, and produces zero direct emissions.
