Officials reportedly linked to former President Donald Trump's "Peace Committee" are investigating the possibility of introducing a stablecoin to help rebuild the war-torn economy of the Gaza Strip, according to sources cited by the Financial Times.

Discussions surrounding the stablecoin are in their nascent stages, with many details regarding its implementation in Gaza yet to be determined. However, the concept has been discussed as part of broader future planning for the Palestinian enclave.
