The United States Department of Defense has spent the past week building up a substantial military presence across Europe and the Middle East as tensions with Iran continue.

More than 100 aircraft have arrived during this period, with additional movements still underway. Forces are being positioned under U.S. European Command and U.S. Central Command, alongside carrier-based aviation operating from the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) and USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72).

The deployments include a mix of fighter aircraft, electronic warfare platforms, surveillance assets, aerial refueling tankers, and support aircraft, reflecting a broad, multi-role buildup as the situation continues to evolve.
