Malta, February 17, 2026 – BVNK, a company specializing in stablecoin infrastructure, has announced its successful acquisition of a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) license under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation. The license was issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).

This regulatory approval empowers BVNK to establish Malta as its operational base within the European Union, enabling the company to passport its stablecoin and digital asset-related services across the entire European Economic Area (EEA).
