Okay, so it's not just me. 

Experiencing breaks on my Tor and i2p both. 

It just *won't* load. 

Switched to WebLibre, Proton and Mullvad, now it's all working with hiccups, but at least stuff's loading. 

I think my broadband provider is firewalling Tor's onion network somehow..
