The best diet for me is mostly Paleo and avoiding carbs. Unfortunately that gets expensive, and with money being tight I eat more carbs than meat because I'm rocking that peasant diet 🤣 The chocolate was a win to kick because it was giant Tony's milk chocolate with toffee bars and approximately one million calories. So 1-2 chocolate chip cookies while not ideal is at least less fattening 🤣 I will never be taking ozempic, I think they're going to find a lot of terrible side effects from that in the near future. I'm not really trying to diet, just wanting to master compulsive habits. That being said, the worse habit I have is the sugar one and it would be the best to give up I think 😮‍💨 and hey, between that and walking / gardening more with the spring coming hopefully I can get super hot as a side effect!
