Words can be captured and meanings distorted, causing them to be difficult discuss with someone who doesn't understand the true meaning. This is why I usually don't talk about Bitcoin or capitalism directly to people who I don't know, they might have an emotional reaction to what I say based on incorrect understandings of the words. Instead I just talk about history, the function of good money in the economy and how good money like gold and silver is hard to create which better preserves value. If someone openly accepts Bitcoin, or if someone has a square terminal, I'll ask about it and pay with it. Otherwise I default to offering gold notes and silver coins along with physical fiat. We have to meet people where they are, they don't understand money or it's history/future. Just planting seeds that one day may sprout.
