WoT let's each user easily find out if that new person in their replies is a friend of a friend, a Nazi brigading, or a garden variety spammer. 

Each individual user can disable at will, change score providers at will, change calculation algorithms at will, and ignore the score and interact how they want anyway at will.

If you are mad about WoT you either don't understand it or you don't really believe in other people's freedom.
