I’m initiating a Lightning channel connection with a focus on robust, low-latency, and policy-consistent routing. I’m seeking a peer who prioritise network health over speculative liquidity accumulation.

My configured parameters (fixed, non-negotiable):
- Base fee: 2 sats
- Fee rate: 0.001% (10⁻⁵)
- CLTV delta: 40 blocks
- Max HTLC: 1,485,000 sats
- Min HTLC: 1 sat

Operational commitments:
- Uptime stability: ≥ 99.5% (max. 3 hours of sporadic, unavoidable downtime per month — e.g., during maintenance or network events)
- Channel longevity: Minimum 12-month commitment to ensure meaningful routing utility and network contribution
- Routing policy: Strict adherence to the above parameters — no dynamic fee adjustments or unilateral changes

I do not operate as a liquidity provider for short-term gains. My goal is to contribute to a resilient, well-configured mesh — where channels remain active, predictable, and fair for both parties.

Open to mutual channel openings with nodes that share similar operational rigour.

Note: I prefer privacy-preserving channels and support Tor/LNURL for secure coordination.
