Finland is in same train except here even minorities rarely mask. In fact I have not seen a single medical provider mask from doctors to nurses, to custodial people... I always have to ask them to mask, and only once at dentist were they happy to do so (I had to provide them proper masks, as they had double layered surgical ones when their office had nothing else). Others rip 'em off constantly and tell me "it is safe to take masks off", and some even blame vaccines for LC...
