Not sure which specific situation you’re referring to, but “give and take” takes on a different dynamic when the user is paying for a service, even on nostr. Nostr is decentralized, but businesses on nostr are not. If the service provider has a shortcoming with their product and also sucks at customer service, then they’re the ones failing to fulfill their side of the agreement.
