(looks like they cleared a half dozen people without chains, they apparently had some chain provider run up the road with chains and install them. Which you'd think, if you're going up Donner Pass, you'd have chains in your vehicle, and as you pass the many signs of "CHAIN REQUIRED" you'd think "MAYBE I SHOULD STOP AND GET CHAINS")
