In 1979, the Japanese company Dome presented the prototype of the Dome Zero P2 sports car at the Geneva Motor Show. The Nissan I6 engine had a volume of 2.7 L and an output of 145 hp.

The company wanted the cars to compete with Italian cars.

However, Dome did not receive homologation for either the Japanese or foreign markets, so only two prototypes were produced.
